The project objective is to assist 5 counties (Teleorman, Giurgiu, Brasov, Tulcea and Calarasi) and corresponding water and wastewater operators in the preparation of projects for investment in water and wastewater infrastructure within their respective territory aiming in the improvement of the environmental conditions in the project area in full compliance with the EU Standards.
