For CES, the ensurance of personal data protection is treated with uttermost care. The company established organizational processes and technical measures to protect all personal data during an application process against access and manipulation of unauthorized parties. Applicant details are collected for the purpose to fill employment vacancies within CES and its affiliated companies. Furthermore, personal data might be processed by the recruitment and/or HR department and can be made available to the responsible departments. By providing personal data to CES, the data provider agrees to the use of his/her data in all companies affiliated with the company under group law. By entering personal data, the data provider further agrees to the company saving applications for the duration of the application process. Data processing is carried out based on §32 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act). At any time a data provider can use his/her right to withdraw voluntary consent, to request an overview of all data stored by CES, to withdraw his/her voluntary consent, to request an overview of all data stored, to request a deletion of all data not under any legal or contractual obligation, to limit his/her consent to certain areas of data processing, to object (for reasons owing to his/her particular situation) data processing that serves the public interest or the legitimate interests of the processor, to request a correction of incorrect data and to receive personal data in a structured, established and machine-readable format or to have it transferred to another location.
