The project objective is to strengthen the educational system and to improve the level of education in primary and secondary schools of the DGEM. The main objectives comprise improving teaching conditions in rehabilitated schools, ensuring a satisfactory utilization rate in newly built schools especially for girls, improving the DGEM’s financial independence to ensure access to primary education for disadvantaged groups, as well as raising awareness of workers about the risks of AIDS.
