Zero Discrimination Day – Creating a more equitable world falls upon each of us

Zero Discrimination Day, occurring yearly on March 1st, serves to advocate for more global diversity, tolerance, and acceptance. Its purpose is to spotlight the imperative of eliminating discrimination across various facets such as race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, among others.

As we mark Zero Discrimination Day in 2024, the significance of Zero Discrimination is perhaps more important than ever before in a world facing numerous global challenges and the consequences caused by multiple crisis.

Each and all of us should be aware of the ongoing struggle against discrimination faced by marginalized and vulnerable communities. Whether it’s combating racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other form of discrimination, the journey towards equality and justice is ongoing and requires collective effort and commitment.

Equality and ensuring equal participation are not just moral imperatives but are also crucial for achieving sustainable development and creating a fair and equitable world for all. At CES, we deeply believe in the importance of these values and actively work towards their realization.
